What is BFO's Privacy Policy?

BFO SOLUTIONS INCORPORATED believes that all customer information provided to us is personal and confidential.  We would like you to do business with us confidently and know that we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of your financial information.  The following sets forth our Privacy Policy.

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect customer information.  We continually assess new technology for protecting information, and upgrade our systems when appropriate.

Does BFO share Customer Information?

We limit the use of our customers’ financial information to that which is necessary to administer our business, provide customer service, but only as lawfully permitted or required. As part of the regular course of doing business, we use many types of information available from your Clients, public records, credit reports, and from the information you provide us directly. This information is used to service your Accounts.

 

We may contract with other companies or service providers to prepare account statements, or provide other services on our behalf.  These businesses agree to comply with our confidentiality requirements and must abide by all applicable laws.
