What is BFO's Privacy Policy?

BFO SOLUTIONS INCORPORATED believes that all customer information provided to us is personal and confidential.  We would like you to do business with us confidently and know that we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of your financial information.  The following sets forth our Privacy Policy.

We will collect and use only information that is necessary for business purposes, as well as information that are needed to meet legal and regulatory requirements.  Information retained is used manage customer accounts, and meet customer needs by providing new services. For example, to benefit you more, we may provide you with information regarding the services we offer.

But perhaps most importantly, some of the information we collect is used to protect the privacy of your financial information.  We must be able to identify you in order to prevent access by unauthorized individuals.


Making the Security of Information a Priority

Keeping financial information secure is one of our most important responsibilities.  We value your trust and handle information about you and your Clients with care.  We limit access to customer information to those associates who need to know that information to provide products and services to you or to maintain or service those products and services.  Our associates are bound by a code of ethics requiring confidential treatment of customer information, and are subject to disciplinary action if they fail to follow this code.


We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect customer information.  We continually assess new technology for protecting information, and upgrade our systems when appropriate.

Does BFO share Customer Information?

We limit the use of our customers’ financial information to that which is necessary to administer our business, provide customer service, but only as lawfully permitted or required. As part of the regular course of doing business, we use many types of information available from your Clients, public records, credit reports, and from the information you provide us directly. This information is used to service your Accounts.


We may contract with other companies or service providers to prepare account statements, or provide other services on our behalf.  These businesses agree to comply with our confidentiality requirements and must abide by all applicable laws.

How do I remove my name from BFO's mailing list?

If you wish not to receive news of other products and services offered by BFO SOLUTIONS INCORPORATED, we will be pleased to honor your request. Must I take a written loan application?

A written application must be taken and retained on loan secured by and made for the purpose of purchasing or refinancing a 1-4 family  principal residence.
